On Thursday our test consisted of two parts. The first part was a matching test over the vocabulary words, that students were supposed to have studied the night before. The second half (questions 18-40) was an open book exercise. Because chapter three was so long, I allowed students to use their textbook on this part of the test.
We had a little Halloween candy after lunch while we were finishing the second part of the test.
Tomorrow we will not have class, due to Halloween parties.
Happy Halloween to all--get the covered wagons ready because we are ready for Unit 2 which will take us West on our social studies journey! We leave on Monday.
