Students received graded papers back today.  We reviewed before lunch and began talking about the Battle of Shiloh.  We also discussed the Battle of Antietam.
A couple of students had collected $100 in our classroom reward money and they got to choose a prize from the box.  I believe after seeing the prizes some of the students will be working harder to take their turn!
We also stepped outside to make a new class picture.  Do they look smarter after studying social studies for 8 weeks now?
