Facts about the Constitution

The Constitution is the highest law in the United States.

The Constitution can be changed by adding an amendment.

The first ten amendments are special. They are called the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution was written in 1787. 

The master copies are stored at the National Archives in Washington D.C.

The Constitution has 27 amendments.
