We returned to class today and studied climographs, which uses both line graphs and bar graphs on the same chart to depict a city's average monthly temperature and precipitation. We also learned that using climographs helps us to compare climates of different places easily. After we looked at climographs in our books, we created two climographs using temperature and precipitation information for Knoxville, TN and Phoenix, AZ. To finish up the class period students worked in their workbooks using the skills we had learned today.
Looking Forward: Tomorrow we will begin looking into Arts and Entertainment (which will include some writers, musicians, actors, and athletes) that have helped shape America today.
